TCDI Completes Its Acquisition of Aon’s E-Discovery Practice, Expanding Its Reach Into the U.K.

North Carolina-based TCDI, a company that provides e-discovery and cybersecurity software and services, has completed its acquisition of the e-discovery practice of London-based global professional services firm Aon.

The acquisition expands the range of advisory services TCDI offers while also expanding its e-discovery capabilities and geographic reach into the U.K., TCDI says.
