Alexis Hayman and John Ing bring deep industry experience from Consilio, Everlaw, and Clio to strengthen go-to-market and client success initiatives

San Francisco, CA – July 21, 2025 – Billables AI, a leading provider of AI-powered timekeeping and billing optimization tools for law firms, announced today the addition of two seasoned legal tech executives to its leadership team. Alexis Hayman joins as Director of Customer Success, and John Ing joins as Head of Sales.

With backgrounds at some of the most influential companies in the legal technology space, both Hayman and Ing bring a wealth of experience that will be instrumental in scaling Billables AI’s impact and reach.

Alexis Hayman, newly appointed Director of Customer Success, has held high-responsibility, client-facing roles at Consilio and Everlaw, where she specialized in legal discovery and played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience and operational workflows. At Consilio, she led strategic accounts across corporate legal departments and law firms, helping clients navigate complex regulatory and litigation demands. At Everlaw, she played a key role in scaling onboarding and support processes for law firms transitioning to cloud-based e-discovery. Hayman is also a certified customer success professional and recognized thought leader on legal tech transformation.

John Ing, the new Head of Sales, previously led global sales initiatives at Clio, one of the most widely used cloud-based legal practice management platforms. During his tenure, Ing helped expand Clio’s customer base and revenue footprint across North America, building and scaling high-performing sales teams. He brings more than 10 years of experience in legal tech sales and go-to-market strategy, with a focus on driving adoption of SaaS products in professional services.
