Jurimesh Integrates with Virtual Vaults to Further Streamline Legal Due Diligence

The integration is now live and available to all Jurimesh customers using Virtual Vaults.

With this integration, Jurimesh users can connect directly to their Virtual Vaults data room and automatically synchronize documents and folders. The system runs hundreds of built-in legal checks to identify risks related to the target company. This creates a seamless workflow from data room to red-flag report.
The workflow remains fully compliant and secure. All access rights, encryption standards and audit trails from Virtual Vaults are preserved.
