Last week, for my weekly Law Insights program on Litera TV, I interviewed Joe Calve, chief marketing and business development officer at McGuireWoods. Our topic: legal marketing in the midst of a pandemic.

At McGuireWoods, Calve oversees client relations and development, communications, media relations and marketing. Before joining McGuireWoods, he was CMO for two international law firms and global director of business development for a third.

Calve is a former practicing attorney and longtime legal journalist, who held roles as editor, publisher and senior business executive at American Lawyer Media, where he managed a range of publications and businesses, including The National Law Journal, Texas Lawyer and VerdictSearch.
