The American Bankruptcy Institute and legal research company Fastcase today said that they are partnering to make ABI’s catalog of bankruptcy publications available on Fastcase.

Fastcase subscribers will be able to purchase access to 33 ABI titles and then have access to them through their accounts on the Fastcase platform.

Among the 33 titles available are:

  • Admitting Expert Valuation Evidence Before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts ($100).
  • Representing the Creditors’ Committee: A Guide for Practitioners ($95).
  • Bankruptcy Overview: Issues, Law and Policy ($65).
  • Survival Guide to Bankruptcy for In-House Counsel: The Essentials When Bankruptcy or Related Litigation Threatens Your Company ($58.95).

Through the partnership, Fastcase is also now the exclusive publisher of the recently released final report of ABI’s Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy. The 272-page hard copy of the report is available for purchase for $39 via Fastcase’s Full Court Press publishing imprint.

Fastcase has been expanding its bankruptcy offerings for several years. In 2014, it entered into a deal with LexisNexis to acquire rights to Collier TopForm & File, a tool for creating and filing bankruptcy forms. After re-engineering that product, Fastcase relaunched it in 2018 as Fastcase BK.
