In a recent conversation, a lawyer questioned whether practice management software was making him any more productive. That got me to thinking about the reasons to use practice management software in the first place. Increased productivity is one, but even setting productivity aside, there are plenty of good reasons to use practice management software. For my column this week at Above the Law, I offer 10 of them.
