Hugh Calkins, director of research and development for Pine Tree Legal Assistance in Maine and a long-time innovator in the use of technology to deliver legal services and information, has launched a blog, called hugh’s blog, as part of the Web site of the Legal Services National Technology Assistance Project. In addition to his PTLA work, Calkins is LSNTAP secretary and serves as a technology consultant to the National Legal Aid and Defender Association and Management Information Exchange and to legal aid programs around the country.
