Both advisors bring direct experience with the technical, organizational, and regulatory complexity that global companies face.

NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2026 — SCOREalytics, Inc., the Company behind the Strategic Compliance, Oversight & Risk Evaluator (“SCORE”) that turns global legal, regulatory, and policy signals into prioritized, forward-looking intelligence, today announced today announced that Emily Rodgers, Managing Director, Head of Sustainable Investing & Stewardship at EIG, and Kristen Siemen, Board Director/Senior Advisor and former Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President, Global Facilities at General Motors, have joined its advisory board.

They join an advisory board that includes:

  • Eric Friedman, Former Chairman and CEO, Skadden
  • Alex Farmer, Partner and Head of Sustainability Practice Group, Kirkland & Ellis
  • James Prince, Chief Compliance and Integrity Officer, ADM
  •  Adam Siegel, Ph.D., Technology Expert and Advisor on AI Strategy; Founder, Kitten Labs

Rodgers and Siemen have spent their careers inside highly regulated, capital-intensive industries across energy, industrials, and/or institutional investing. SCORE is building the first layer that identifies how a regulatory change specifically affects a company, a client, or an industry. Their perspective will inform the company’s product, go-to-market, and innovation strategies.

“Our goal at SCORE is a platform that serves not just legal teams, but business more broadly. Emily’s and Kristen’s experiences translating complex regulatory requirements into investment and operational decisions will help us shape the product into a shared system for legal risk assessment, decision-making, and implementation,” said Jennie Morawetz, Chief Executive Officer, SCORE.

Emily Rodgers leads EIG’s global sustainable investing and stewardship team, which seeks to identify material sustainability-related risks in investment diligence and throughout ongoing portfolio management, and evaluate the potential impacts of emerging technologies. She joined EIG in 2020, and her career spans more than 20 years across consulting, energy, and finance, with a focus on sustainability-related risk management and potential impact quantification.

“With sustainability-related regulations expanding globally, the need for clear, actionable insights has never been greater. I am excited to support SCORE’s mission and work with the Advisory Board in an effort to help investors more efficiently understand and navigate the regulatory landscape and enhance their risk-assessment and decision-making processes,” said Emily Rodgers, Managing Director, Head of Sustainable Investing & Stewardship, EIG.

Kristen Siemen spent 30 years at General Motors, most recently as Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President, Global Facilities, where she led global sustainability, facilities, and energy initiatives. Earlier in her career, she led large global engineering, energy strategy, validation, certification, and compliance, and electrical systems organizations. Across these roles, she translated complex regulatory, technical, and market requirements into enterprise strategy, capital allocation, risk management, and operational execution. She now serves as a board director and strategic advisor to public, private, and advisory organizations.

“From an operator’s perspective, the challenge is rarely a lack of regulatory information. It is understanding what actually matters to the business and what action it requires. SCORE has the potential to bridge that gap by translating complex regulatory and policy changes into practical intelligence that helps leaders anticipate risk, make better decisions, and execute with confidence,” said Kristen Siemen, Board Director/Senior Advisor and former Chief Sustainability Officer & VP Global Facilities, General Motors.

Both advisors bring direct experience with the technical, organizational, and regulatory complexity that global companies face. Their expertise and insight will guide the SCORE team through rapid expansion.

SCORE continues to add legal, product, and operating depth to the team. Rodgers and Siemen are the company’s second round of advisory board appointments, following the August appointment of Lizzy Palmer as VP of Product.
