Over the past month, Lexafide’s agents opened 11 new motor vehicle accident claims on Richmond Vona’s behalf across eight carriers — including State Farm, Progressive, and GEICO — with a 100% success rate, correctly navigating each carrier’s own intake process and securing a claim number in every case. The agents are also acting as chasers on Richmond Vona’s existing claims, logging 23 follow-up requests for PIP ledgers and IME reports and tracking each through to resolution.
