Eve, an AI platform for plaintiffs’ law firms, today announced the beta launch of its AI Intake Specialist, an AI-powered intake feature that the company says will transform how plaintiffs’ law firms capture and qualify potential clients.
This news follows Eve’s release in April of its AI Reasoning Mode that it says can perform complex legal analysis through sophisticated step-by-step reasoning capabilities, on a par with a senior-level lawyer.
Client intake can pose multiple challenges for law firms, the company notes, including managing off-hours inquiries, ensuring proper data capture, and efficiently qualifying incoming leads. Eve AI Intake Specialist is designed to directly address these challenges, the company says, by providing sophisticated ways to improve existing intake teams and boost overall effectiveness.

Part of the broader Eve platform, this new intake tool offers features that include:
- 24/7 availability. AI voice agents can engage with potential clients after-hours or during times of overflow, ensuring continuous coverage.
- Eve Scribe for enhanced call support. Eve Scribe is a tool that provides call transcription and real-time coaching prompts to assist intake staff during live client interactions. It operates on users’ computers and is designed for compatibility with various calling applications.
- Intelligent lead management. The tool includes automated capture of lead information, generation of customizable intake forms, and intelligent lead scoring to aid in case qualification.
- CMS connectivity. The tool can be integrated with case management systems including Clio, Filevine and MyCase.
The AI Intake Specialist is currently available only through a selective beta program. Firms selected to participate will gain early access and provide feedback to help shape its ongoing development.
One firm already participating in the beta program is Frontier Law Center. Manny Starr, its managing partner, said the new tool provides a practical ay to ensure that every potential client who reaches out gets a prompt and thorough response, day or night.
“For us, this means capturing viable leads we might have previously missed after hours and quickly getting our team the precise information needed to determine if it’s a case we can champion,” Starr said. “Eve AI Intake will help us do just that by identifying and securing the right cases more consistently, which is a direct benefit to both our firm and the clients we serve.”
Jay Madheswaran, CEO and co-founder of Eve, said: “Our goal is to provide plaintiff law firms with advanced tools that fit easily into how they already work, helping them manage client communications with greater precision and efficiency from the very first interaction. This beta program is a pivotal step, allowing us to refine the system through direct collaboration and real-world application with legal professionals.”
